Highlights: A range of speakers from Department of Defense (DoD) agencies, non-DoD federal agencies, scientific committees, and universities meet at Walter Reed National Medical Military Center. Discussion over the three days focused on radiological threats, how radiobiology research could affect planning for radiological response, current and potential methods for triage during a radiological response, and current and future treatments for radiological injury.
