Volunteer and Donations for Puerto Rico

The following message is being shared from the HHS Critical Infrastructure Protection Program pertaining to Hurricane Maria response and recovery efforts. 

Response and recovery efforts continue in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands while most issues surround the abundance of fuel shortages, transportation, little to no communication throughout the islands, and airport congestion.

The federal government, NACCHO, and other national organizations have received numerous requests for information about where to direct volunteers and donations to support relief efforts in areas recently impacted by Hurricane Harvey, Irma, and Maria. Individuals and organizations wishing to make donations and/or volunteer should direct communications to:
