The 2014-2015 NACCHO Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) awards process is open September 30 through November 7. This year, NACCHO is again offering two awards: a Capacity Building Award, which will provide funding to eligible MRC units, and the Challenge Award, which will ask units to design a proposal for a project that aligns with community health initiatives. All local health departments that house an MRC unit are encouraged to apply.
Visit http://mrcnaccho.org to get prepared for this year’s awards and view the Request for Applications document and preview the application questions.
