The Court and Public Health Emergencies

This webinar will focus on the judicial system’s role in a public health emergency, examining how a judge may approach quarantine and isolation hearings, and the subsequent issuing of orders in a public health emergency. The webinar will also offer an overview of information related to courts’ emergency powers, the need to keep courts open during emergencies, and resources related to public health emergency for judges.
